About Us

As our name suggests we are dedicated to SAFER DRIVING and specialise in all aspects of learner and advanced driver training from a complete novice to the more experienced driver.

Safe Drives chief instructor Mr Dursun Evmez has been involved in driver training for sixteen years and has achieved a grade six standard (Highest grade awarded by the DSA)

As part of his continued professional development he has passed additional practical and theoretical exams and is currently studying for the coveted "Diploma In Driving Instruction". Mr D Evmez is also a full member of the driving instructors association and the Institute of advanced motorists

We believe you should look forward to your driving lessons and the time spent learning should be as enjoyable and stress free as possible. We are very patient, calm and we never shout. We follow a structured course of learning which will ensure that you reach driving test standard in the shortest possible time depending on your ability. Most of our pupils come through recommendations and we have taught many family members too.

If you think back to your school days the best learning takes place when you actually enjoy yourself so we always try to create an environment which is interesting, stimulating, challenging, active and enjoyable.
